Meridian AirMix Liquid Fluidizer

Not all liquids stay mixed on their own. Over time, some products can settle, separate, or concentrate within the tank, creating challenges when it’s time to unload or use the product. The Meridian AirMix® Liquid Fluidizer helps keep tank contents suspended and ready for use through automated air agitation.

Using a computerized system of pulsating air injection across the bottom of the tank, the AirMix® creates gentle mixing action throughout the stored liquid. Operators can adjust pulsation frequency and duration through Meridian’s Variable Control System, allowing the system to be tailored to the product being stored. With low compressor horsepower requirements and fully automated operation, AirMix® provides a practical way to maintain product consistency without mechanical mixers or manual agitation.
