AirMax 360 – Meridian Manufacturing

The AirMax™ 360 offers a high-performance aeration system that surrounds the full circumference of the hopper cone. An ideal use for SmoothWall Hopper Bins in the seed industry, it features a continuous air duct starting from the top of the cone and pointing down toward the center. This design forces air into the center of the grain cavity, which is necessary for even grain conditioning. With no perforation, there are no screens to remove when changing seed varieties, resulting in virtually no cleaning or cross-contamination.

For natural air grain drying, our factory-installed vertical system for 40° and 45° Meridian bins provides ultimate airflow. Built on a robust 3-leg design with full leg support extending 4” up the aeration, it features a continuous, fully perforated interior screen reaching to the lid. The 24” rib spacing maximizes the aeration area, while the angle rib construction safely distributes point load pressures. A dedicated duct clean-out shroud is also included to ensure simple, hassle-free maintenance.
